The 2013 Live Croydon half-day Housing Seminar will present the opportunities for future housing projects in the borough, for considered debate.
Attended by senior housing and regeneration decision makers, the event will focus on the huge changes already taking place to in the town centre as well as the incentives being put in place by Croydon Council to encourage more developers as it looks to meet its housebuilding targets.
Croydon intends for at least 7,000 new homes to be built its metropolitan centre over the next two years and delegates will be given an overview of the Opportunity Area which provides a blueprint for development and identifies key sites.
